Q: What if I want to cancel? 

A: Should you wish to withdraw your child from AshPark or reduce their sessions, 4 weeks notice is required. Should you fail to give this notice, you will be expected to pay 4 weeks of fees.

Q: What if my child is poorly?

A: AshPark have a strict sickness policy to ensure both children and staff are kept safe and we ensure parents and carers to support with the implementation of this policy. In addition we do offer a 50% discount on sessions should your child not be attending due to sickness, however the Nursery must have 24 hours notice that your child is not attending in order for you to qualify for this offer.

Q: Do you provide nappies?

A: We do provide nappies and wipes so please don't worry about this.
